Worth noting that this is an officer filming and participating in pornography with an enlisted person. “Fraternization” feels like the wrong word here, but…
People ought to have freedom of association, but status/power differentials like this make my skin crawl. Hopefully the enlisted person wasn’t coerced in any way.

In the US Navy she would have been court-martialed for that. Sex with an enlisted man, that is.

The Navy prohibits personal and business relationships between officers and enlisted members, calling them prejudicial to good order and discipline. Personal relationships include dating, cohabitation and any sexual relationship. Business relationships include loaning and borrowing money and business partnerships.
The policy also covers relationships between enlisted members and between officers. It puts chiefs (E-7 through E-9) in a separate personnel category and prohibits them from personal relationships with enlisted members E-1 through E-6 in the same command.
Relationships with other service personnel: Navy personnel are subject to these rules regardless of the other person’s service affiliation or service rules.

There’s something lacking in the term “filming porn” in the case of Onlyfans. The broadcast of homemade videos for money is such a broad and diverse field. “Filming Porn” sounds like she brought a whole crew in there. But this is more like “I filmed a video of me making a sandwich for my weirdo subscribers” as opposed to “I hosted a cooking show on tv.” Still, lot’s of inappropriate all over this situation, but it is interesting to unpack the various flavors of inappropriate.
