According to the comments those are destroyed and abandoned Russian vehicles. Apparently the Russians have been rolling through at low speed as if no-one is gunning for them.

The man has… words for the invaders. It’s mostly expletives directed at “Kadyrovites” (Chechens) who “don’t let him live his life”. “They fell where they arrived”. There are rumors that Chechen regiments in Russian army have suffered several massive blows, this being one of them, and have decided they don’t want to fight any more.

Shevchenkove is close to the Russian border, so they didn’t even get very far before running out of fuel.
