Science/Oceanography/Fish is/are scary, to some folks.
While this is fascinating this isn’t science. It’s bycatch and definitely not wonderful. To support folks (posted here before) who care to observe, understand, and preserve the natural world in all it’s manifest glory check out more reputable sources such as the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute for delightful photos of the undersea world:

Dropping nets hundreds and thousands of feet into the ocean is like fishing with grenades.
This sort of photography is the equivalent of a trucker stopping to take picks of his roadkill Jackson Pollock. The decompression distorts any deep sea specimen into Spitting Image caricature territory. These are not the natural living forms of these creatures, and not mentioning this perpetuates the idea that Blobfish are supposed to look like blobs.
