So the religious turn up and complain about an existing business, and both parties likely operate at opposing times of day. Sounds like they just went there to have something to complain about.
To be fair, I think most businesses would complain about what was reported here. This massage parlor does not appear to have been being a good neighbor.
Perhaps if the massage customers could confine their audible responses to “Oh God! Oh God!”.
How’d the story turn out? Did they all have a happy ending?
Or who’s your Daddy? (Commandment #1)
What about the poor massage parlor? I think they have a solid complaint about all the loud religious sermonizing disrupting their massage sessions.
I believe the reports from that church slightly more than I believe any of the words coming out of Trump’s mouth. That is to say, not at all.
I can see asking the massage parlor to keep it down, but prohibiting the owners from operating another business seems excessive.
Not to mention the soberly-dressed evangelicals constantly telling the hard-working masseuses to “come over and see us sometime”.
“You complain about our customers having noisy orgasms, but you’re the ones who keep shouting about ‘the coming of the Lord’.”
It’s important to note that the World Mission Society Church of God is not what most would call evangelical. They believe the second coming of Christ has already happened and believe that an old woman in Korea is literally God (or God the Mother).
Their beliefs are different enough that American Christians and particularly evangelicals may regard them as a cult.
From a quick google, they are a rather unpleasant cult that recruits aggressively and targets vulnerable people. Although I didn’t find information about their beliefs regarding sex, they are definitely anti-LGBTQ, and cults like this are often very prudish.
Meh.
Birds of a feather.
If I were the massage parlor owner, I’d repurpose the location as a music rehearsal space and offer deep discounts on practice roomsl for Sundays.
I don’t think these guys count as evangelicals in the traditional sense
The church believes that the late Ahn Sahng-hong is the Second Coming of Jesus, and that Zahng Gil-jah is God.
Username checks out…
I think the client, instead of the massage parlour, would have that responsibility?
“”" forced to witness public sex acts “”"
and , one might wonder , how was this ’ force ’ applied ? ?
You feel better?
