No surprise that the lease went up for grabs, it’s that way all over San Diego. Sadly old timey places get forced out and then the space goes un-rented for years killing the local vibe.

It’s not really an old timey location though. Or a vibe. The board game/ MtG store that had been next door moved this year a few blocks away. (I wonder if they lost their lease in the same way) It’s next door to a Starbucks and McDonalds with an LA Fitness and Walmart on the other side of the parking lot.
Key question: How much does Terry want to sell the store?
