I have only ever broken the screen to a phone once in my life, and it was spectacular in only the way a drunk 22 year old can be.
Had a Nextel phone that was billed as “military grade”, so decided to show off by throwing it against the ground.
Worked out just fine the first 5 times.

Agreed on the bumper case. My solution now with these super wide phones as the new trend is the leather folio cases. Perfect for being on the go, I also keep a $20 bill, spare passport card and credit card in it for if I lose my wallet.

I never used to use a phone case till I got one of those leather folio ones. It’s nice to not have to carry a full wallet all the time anymore.
