My guess is that this genus of fish evolved these teeth long before hominids.
So we have sheepshead teeth.
Sheepshead is not at all an unusual catch on the Atlantic or Gulf Coasts, and in my experience this one’s dentition looks only marginally more human than many others. The name comes from the teeth, which are somewhat like sheep’s. They are often found around piers, wrecks, and other structures because they use those teeth to crunch up barnacles.

We clearly need a ‘spreadsheet’ of human body parts and the (non-human) animal whose body part is the most similar in appearance to that human body part. …clearly.
