In this economy?
What economy would you like?
Can we share a bit more fairly?
How’s your Russian?
Who said I have a Russian?
Does anyone ever merely have one Russian?
And isn’t that a whole lot nicer than it was two weeks ago when it was minus a lot F/C? Do you even still have any snow on the ground?
Would you believe that even though we’ve had a lot of melting, there’s still a foot or so on the ground, and piles and piles of the stuff everywhere you turn?
Isn’t that a kick in the pants? Spring is only a couple months away, right?
Must we rely on the spring in our step and the lilt on our tongue, then?
When winter comes, can spring be far behind?
Is Charon a capitalist or does he own his means of production? Who owns the ferryman’s boat?
When the ferryman comes, will he bring us sugar and tea and rum?
Wasn’t I thinking of “The Wellerman”, that became a thing during pandemic isolation (though “tillerman” fits with the boat theme, doesn’t it)?
Have we collectively decided that everything has been answered?
Did you really think this was over?
Shouldn’t we careful consider just what questions to ask?
Or should we question everything, especially the other questions?
Should we question questioning questions?
