I missed the original post, but grammar and vernacular arenât a measure of intelligence. We tend to associate certain accents or speech patterns with lower intelligence (Southern, Ebonics, certain English accents). But really it has more to do with people around you talk and you emulating them. It has nothing to do with intelligence. There might be some correlation with education levels, but education and intelligence are two different things.

I guess just letting them fight it out isnât an option anymore.
I read it as the fact that the judge wonât even sign a warrant on simple battery it wonât do them any good going with higher charges.
This smells of giving the âappearanceâ of a tough stance but the fact they wonât even issue a summons means they are hoping this goes away with a cash settlement.
