Iâd say the opposite. If you need a gun in order to protect a supposed act of free speech, then youâre not using your 1st amendment rights, but rather committing a criminal act. The presence of the gun changes the nature of the speech because it carries the potential threat of violence (not even counting the actual stated threats of violence that these guys made). If you have to resort to being armed, youâre not truly free.

well the actual Constiution defines Treason as a crime, well before the 1st or 2nd Amendments get involved, if you want to be originalist about it.

Rational expectations of behaviour donât apply when youâre dealing with overtly irrational people. The fact that the Planned Parenthood videos were blatantly obvious edited fakes didnât stop that arsehole from shooting up the clinic a few months ago.

It looks like theyâve got some trenches and mounds of dirt pulled up from what little I saw (the streamer seems to be mostly pointing his camera at the sky or off into the distance of a field, not much of interest to see).
Looks like the streamâs down currently, but the bit I listened to had a group sitting around in a bunch of cars, talking about how the FBI must be âlooking for some way to get us out of here inconspicuouslyâ.
Oh, and apparently we âhave a Muslim in Presidencyâ and Clinton is âa murdering, lying, theiving⊠she killed Americans!â
âŠI couldnât take too much of that.
Gotta note, of course, that I donât know if that feed has been definitively confirmed as being real.
