Look, it’s not the most embarrassing runner’s issue. (Bleeding nipples anyone?) Like most of them, some planning can help. I don’t mean detouring your run past a park with a bathroom, I mean planning your meals better. (they call it “regular” for a reason)

All I know is that when you’re on an icy expedition you may do a lot of moving but it’s dangerous to exert yourself to the point of sweating, that water will kill ya.
