That actually seems hella cheap in the current market (even cheaper is what the flipper paid!). Wonder why.
I like the pool grotto, but have to wonder what the cage near the inner living room was for…house tiger?

Well, it isn’t what I would send $3m on. 
The listing is a little vague. The eight acres with three guests house and pools is apparently four parcels. The $3 million is probably for just the main house and a half-acre.

There is a little Graceland vibe going on here with some of the over the top finishes. The house does look like a little time capsule in a weird, I have a show on the Vegas strip with tigers and magic and oh by the way a tiger mauled me on stage kinda way…
