I could probably write a short essay on the 6 month journey i took ordering half a dozen umbrellas for my boss on Skymall that got backordered, charged twice on his card and arrived in pieces (some assembly required… umbrellas!) and not getting both charges reversed for half a year. It was a great catalog to not order stuff from for many years, but as far as customer service goes, they probably should have stayed out of business.
