What kind of degenerate animal uses ground meat for chili?

It’s “chipotle” not “chipolte”.

Sometimes I make it with just hb, sometimes they have chili meat at the store.
Somtimes I use stew meat, or will sometimes grind my own chili meat.
I have been known to brown a pound of hb & just dump a can of Wolf Brand in there, for when I want chili now.

In any case, I damn sure don’t put beans in there while it cooks.

Re: the recipe- I would never have thought to put a giant meatball in the pit. This might be worth an experiment. The recipe looks good.
