It shouldn’t be hard to make your own with some PVC tubing and nylon cord (as the writeup on the website says, leather is probably not the best choice).
However, this design will not fit on a closet rod, so few people will need more than one or two.

I’m not sure that ‘auxiliary mandibles for tech-bros’ can avoid disturbing others, on concept alone.
We just need an evolutionary biologist to tell us why something that subsists on soylent would need those anyway.

Add a little hook to the left side of the toggle. Take the top loop from right to left over the rod, to catch on the hook

I’d say that someone is either looking to buy something like these in bulk from Alibaba; or someone doesn’t entirely understand how products produced by a Japanese company that refers to itself as a ‘brand’; sells $150 canvas tote bags; and is sold out of both flavors of CITES Appendix II tropical hardwood are sold.
