A few months back, someone posted footage of a Trump rally up north that featured giant screens playing terrifying videos that looked almost exactly like this. I have searched everywhere and can’t find it!

That’s definitely a still from the same propaganda film from his rallies.
They also showed an abbreviated version of it at the first rally Trump did in Georgia for Loeffler and Purdue (aka his grievance rally in which each Senator got to talk for 30 seconds each and Loeffler looked kinda freaked out)
The video I’m thinking of was taken by someone with a vantage point up high, such as on a hill, and showed a great view of the whole stage set up and also caught the reactions of the crowd there.
It was terrifying.
