Seriously; it’s so bad that…

Even Arlington Natl. Cemetery , HAS to include in their ‘Rules’ that you can’t throw your trash on their grounds, block the roads w/ your car, play sports on the graves, let a dog 5hit on a grave, etc, etc, …

I haven’t watched Judge Judy in two (OK: one) decades, but isn’t “common sense” a given ?!
