oh, back during the filming of Empire, Ford apparently tried unsuccessfully to get Lucas to kill off his character. Lucas apparently didn’t want to lose the Han Solo marketing tie-in potential. not sure if disney could be persuaded, either, but Ford has much more influence these days, and both he and his character are old enough that, if done right, it could work out well for everyone.

You should be safe. I’m pretty sure that nobody who has the power to do that is willing to admit they know anything about any Ewok adventures.
