Yes, religion is the elephant in the room and the many governments, political parties and family dynasties are a distant second, but also qualify as the major modern sources of oppression. I’ll throw them in the bin. Yes, it’s tribalism. But the big elephant is religion. Tribalism is the genus and religion is the largest species.
