I guess that caloies arent the key for healthy life.
You need to eat 5-6 times per day with 1/6 part of your daily calorage.
Unless you have a medical condition that comes with dietary requirements:
Find out which food you like.
Find out which food agrees with you.
Eat the intersection of those.
Eat just a little bit less than you would like to.
