Sitting here at home in Minneapolis, less than two miles from the stadium. The sound of all the helicopters has been kind of unsettling— would that they were as quiet as owls!

I got this one for my owl collecting friend last summer:
Aventurine, 99x62x47 mm, 338 g (12 oz).
$46 off ebay, not a bad price (I think) for a chunk of hand carved gemstone. Most importantly, he loved it.
