I don’t think we should draw lines where certain subjects are allowed and others censored.

I just don’t like being harassed in public places by not-Jewish people who try to dress more Jewish than I do, and then attempt to publicly delegitimize me and my people as a sermon to spectators. It is a burning shame to see angry Christian men show up at a university where I was a minority dressed as Jews, calling their leader rabbi, preaching homophobic, anti-muslim, and plain nutty hate, and then have people later assume I was one of them. Some J4Js just like the idea of Jews, but too many are plain nuts.
You will have to ask anyone Jewish who has served in fire&rescue, police, or the US military; especially the USAF how being Jewish affected their career if they didn’t completely suppress their identity. All options are officially open, and the brightest and most aggressive might sometimes reach the highest levels, but if anyone figures out what you are, and there is managerial digression, you need to be better, stronger, faster, and better educated to simply maintain your equality.

Angry Christian dudes make a mockery of literally everything. It is highly insulting and absolutely disrespectful, I don’t think anyone’s arguing with that.
But to your original point, nobody here would tolerate a sports team called the “New York Heebs”.

I can accept that, thought I think that is partly because in the darker ages of American team naming too few would want to play or cheer for a team named thus. Much racism compares the hated ones to beasts, OTOH Jews are assumed to be intelligent but probably physically weak, more clever sneaky conspirators than warriors. Natives have in my estimation for the most part been considered the brave warrior, a beautiful problem for the white man to solve, like the wolf and grizzly, to awesome to allow to survive; and then too degraded and few in number in defeat to even look upon but rather remember in admiring nostalgia, perhaps even worthy of falsely inserting one into the distant family tree. Jews(in AD era), blacks, and hispanics were just disgusting to white society to ever name a team after.
They were not posed as “brave warriors” but “noble savages”.
Barely more human than bestial. Anyway, enough nitpicking, my clarifications were more about degree than attempts to diminish concern for antisemitism among evangelicals/charismatics.

Rather than comparing the severity of someone’s experience to another’s I believe I only wrote that I feel, from experience, that seeing a person not of one’s own group, or worse a historic aggressor, dressing up as ones own identity and using that dress and in this article makeup in a negative way is pretty disgusting. At worst I am guilty of going off thread a bit as is my ADHD, wait… is that a cool dog outside?
You always make brilliantly reasoned points as well as a quality of writing which far exceeds my own, but I wonder if perhaps you have experienced and hear from a different side of America than I did in my time living there.
