Indeed, this is a recurring gag of sorts on the show. (Usually, he’s in period dress as a feudal lord, and the woman is a geisha, so there’s an extra layer of strangeness)
Not for everyone, but there is some very funny bits. I like the guy’s timing; he’s funny, even if you can’t follow along what they are saying.
That was really painful to watch. He’s worse than Pepe Le Pew. I don’t see anything funny about this situation. And a society that thinks this kind of situation is funny seems twisted to me. Like it’s decided that women don’t ever have bodily autonomy. This isn’t slapstick but instead a situation depicting general sexual assault as if it were a funny thing instead of disgusting and aversive.
