I would beg to differ.

  1. Assume it takes a good guy with a gun to stop a bad guy with a gun.
  2. We know among the 376 cops there was at least one gun.
  3. The bad guy was not stopped
  4. Therefore, we conclude that of those 376 cops, ACAB
