Conceding is a tradition dating back to the late 19th Century to which even Al Gore adhered when he could have lodged further challenges to the 2000 election. As indicated both by Trump’s intractable ego and by his clearly telegraphed intentions, he will not concede in November no matter what. Many republicans are working to corrupt the results in Trump’s favor and will support him, and there is a possible scenario of both Trump and Biden showing up to be sworn in early next year.
So, what are our options?
