Is this a good time to mention that cruel and unusual punishment is against the Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution?
And that’s for prisoners who have been convicted of serious crimes. Even they have more Constitutional rights than women in the U.S.

Why? Because a girl is the property of her parents (specifically her father) and any action she might take that would “decrease her value” is unlawful taking by the courts. As usual with these asshats, women and girls have no rights to their own bodies. They are always the property of someone else.
