The 2008-2011 animated series Batman: the Brave and the Bold had a lot of fun moments, largely because it was the first time in many years that DC really embraced the inherent campiness of the characters. It also got really meta with the episodes featuring Bat-Mite (voiced by Paul Reubens).

They’ve already tried the “darker, grittier Batman” approach a few times over now. Maybe the Dark Knight is due for an Adam West-style reboot.

I guess you must be referring to a live action reboot because the 2016 animated feature that he voiced was awesome.

But for live action Adam West-style films I guess we’ll have to settle with this for now:
