I live in Upstate New York (in the Mohawk Valley, other end of the state from Bufffalo). There were a couple of times in my old house that I had to go out an upstairs window to get at the garden shed with the snowblower. My current house has an attached garage, and I’ve always succeeded in opening the garage door after a storm, but sometimes the snow has drifted to the height of the door.
