Iâve been seeing this video pop up on several news sites this evening, and what grabs my attention most about it is that she seems to be intentionally wearing her mask wrong. It was fine in the opening shot, but on the courthouse steps, she seems to have intentionally maladjusted it.

I donât know about stand your ground but self defense would in most common law jurisdictions.
If you wave a gun and threaten someone (making someone fear an attack, even without a weapon is assault) you are not so much asking for it as answering the question âwas it self defense?â

Stand Your Ground laws are much looser than self defense. Basically, SYG just means âshoot someone if you feel like it.â
