Just in case anybody was holding out any hope of the so-called moderates actually growing a conscience.
Of course, weāve seen that in protests this summer, Trump supporters and right wingers (and sometimes the cops) driving into protesters). I suspect if this sort of thing continues, it will happen at a polling place, which is fucking frightening as hell.
And this is why we are back under restrictions in my county.

Iām sure youāve heard the saying:
"Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit:
There must be in-groups whom the law protectes but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."

Ugh. When someone pulls out what looks like a gun, it isnāt a time to play gun expert.
An uncle of mine was a bank manager and someone tried to rob the bank with a starterās pistol. Through track experience, my uncle knew it and chased him off. Years later, I read of a similar incident with a different bank and manager, and it turned out that the robber had rigged it to fire a single bullet and killed the manager.

Law professor isnāt that bad, but I noticed that there was a lot of involvement by right wing organizations in her career from the start.
