Speaking as one of the people whose tribal culture is being addressed here it’s not nearly as offensive as the crucifix dildo. I find the Grav menorah to be pretty funny, but only because I know that a few of the people involved are also Jews.

Important question here: we all know that ‘DEA math’ can be pretty flexible when it comes to calculating things like quantities that count as possession with intent vs. simple possession, street value of busts and so on.
Does the Menorah bong make any material found with it count at 8 times the usual value for sentencing purposes; or would the DEA employing miracle-based charges qualify as a violation of the establishment clause?
