No wonder my car can’t steer.
I’m cruise controlling right now.
I was all excited to watch this thinking it was about the Grandfather of someone I went to grade school with.
Then I remembered he did not invent cruise control, he invented the interval windscreen wiper thing.
So now I am not as excited.
I wish that whenever a lawyer did something to nauseate me, I would invent something to fix it.
Doesn’t always work.
Hey, eyes on the road, bud.
Our family’s '67 Plymouth had one of those Perfect Circle Auto-Pilot cruise controls. It was highly mechanical, and a wonderful thing when it worked, which was fairly often. There’s a video of how it works here, if you don’t get seasick from the wobbly camera.
Not while you’re around!
Kansas Cruise Control: A brick for the gas pedal.
Nebraska Cruise Control: A brick for the gas pedal and The Club for the steering wheel.
(Thanks to my 6th grade classmate, Craig L________, who as his punishment, is now living in Scottsbluff, NE)
I’ve frequently wished I had 3 or 4 hands.
Oh. . . I think I finally understand these signs I keep seeing.
Although this one is a little more accurate/disturbing.
I assume you’ve seen the movie about that one, then?
