I was really hoping to find out that someone had reanimated Terrazzo
Note: claims in article that Polygonia is free are unfounded. It’s not free at all.
“See guys, it’s just so easy. Just brush off your high school math skills and you, too, can create an algorithmic service that charges a monthly fee to use, even at the hobbyist level.”
It has got to be a little bit free?
I just did a design and downloaded an svg and I’m pretty sure I didn’t pay anything.

I love these intricate patterns. Unfortunately, unless you own a laser cutter, they can cost a fair whack to cut when one is charged per minute of laser time.
There are many other ways these sort of patterns can be used, they don’t have to be laser-cut. Anyone interested in marquetry would find it useful, or for fabric design, and other sorts of print media. Even ceramics.
Jesus wept.
