I think what bothers me the most about this horseshit is that U.S. presidents are being elevated to the same conceptual level of religious figures. It’s a cliche to say that the easiest way to turn someone atheist is to make him actually read a Bible, but I guarantee you’ll turn into a disgusted cynic if you read an accurate version of U.S. Presidential history. The vast majority of these men were wealthy scum.

The “san francisco school renaming” story is mostly a goofy footnote here in the bay area, but of course for fox news it’s a national story worthy of days of analysis. The only people who thought the renaming was a good idea are on the school board. Everyone else thought it was a waste of time at best – it really only made the news because the LiBeRaL mayor of san francisco was sharply critical of the action. It is by no means a sign of the looming “liberal agenda”.
but that’s the GOP propaganda machine for you. A couple of D-level bureaucrats in local government make an iffy call, and Fox News runs it with the headline “WOKE SOCIALISM IS COMING TO DESTROY YOUR LIFE” all week.

When I first read the OP my thought was I care about these characters about as much as I do about christian rock. That thought crossed with your post made me wonder what christian gabber would be?
Sigh… so I googled it. I’m not going to embed any videos because it’s Friday and I don’t want to spoil anyone’s day. Also, I don’t want links to rank them up.
If everything left of the center is cancel culture then everything right is ruin culture. They ruin democracy, comedy, Sci-fy and now rock and hardcore. [walks away disgusted]
