That video is hilarious! I can see some of the loudest voices in the room getting offended, but this kind of tongue in cheek humor is pretty acceptable and tame by Korean standards, IMHO.

It objectifies the garlic, not the woman, so … I’m ok with it. It’s silly, and who the hell knows if it would have been effective or not, but offensive? Probably less offensive than your breath after eating garlic.
