I still have MythTV. My wife is a school teacher, and it’s possible (and afaik legal) for us to record Great Performances, transcode it for DVD, and take the DVD to school.
The machine gets used more for XBMC and Steam now, and XBMC can be used as a frontend for Mythtv nowadays, but, yeah, I’m still rocking MythTV.
I still feel that facepalm a year later. Could NOT believe what I heard, even if it was NBC.
