I mean it kind of works except for the fact that lyrics are way to deep/introspective that they’re jarring but the emotional thrust of the song still works. Not what I was expecting.

I have been hearing “… I’m a winnnnner…” as in “he’s a winner all right.” TIL, the lyric is “weirdo”. Good to know.

Either way, in my head I sing “I’m a weeeeiner…” which is closer to the actual lyric.
