I might expect that it would quickly either get very uncomfortable or become disarrayed in reality, but then perhaps merely being photogenic is sufficient.
I’m slightly disturbed by the freaky smooth look of the skin on the rest of her face. I guess she did go a bit overboard with the Gaussian blur in Photoshop - which in turn makes me suspicious of the rest of the makeup.
