Honestly, sounds like my dream job. 25 years lounging at the edge of a beautiful lake and no one actually expects me to accomplish anything.

Teach a man to fish and he’ll have a valuable skill. Put a man next to a lake where he can use what he’s learned to catch fish and…well, he’s probably gonna get tired of eating fish all the time.

Hey I’m totally pro-science now, too. But I pretty much vectored in via cryptozoology. (And ancient astronauts, before I realized how badly made the arguments and case were. Still, fun to think about.)
