If you count the 86 is individuals, then you are correct.
If you are counting households, then technically we can collectively call these household members as billionaires, although they are sharing the same pool of wealth.
Even if the wealth is split individually, with each share of the wealth ending up less than a billion, then you would have a point.

It probably comes out to between $1-billion and $750-million for each household, given 86 residents, 35 houses, and $37-billion total net worth. The numbers are so ridiculous it really doesn’t matter, and all together the residents probably pay this guard labour shill a handsome salary for his tr0ll operation out of their pocket change.
No individual needs even $50-million dollars in net worth to live a life of luxurious leisure (read that alliteration in the mellifluous tones of Robin Leach).
