An aside: Fuurin are used for psychological warfare against the summer heat. Hearing the bell convinces you there is air moving somewhere in your vicinity. A couple of the JR stations would put up fuurin and blocks of ice for you to put your hands on and cool down while waiting for the train (imagine that now).
