So if you buy unbrined but good feta,
can you store it in some of the brine that you saved from the last brined feta you bought?
Can you create your own brine say with salt water and a couple tsp of buttermilk to increase the storage time of expensive feta sold unbrined.
As for the feta crumbles,
don’t eat highly processed food,
if that’s all you can get for some strange reason, just prevent feta does not exist and move on.
