I’m feeling pretty sure that this is coming out via Trump’s administration as their defense to discredit the impeachment proceedings.
Putin has kompromat on Trump and Trump has kompromat on most of his sycophants so no surprise he’ll be pulling things out as needed.
Case in point, this “never-trumper”:
It sounds more like he has some scruples when it comes to going to jail for perjury.
Or if not scruples then at least enough self-preservation instincts to know when it’s time to stop covering for another man’s crimes.
Sure it is! Personally speaking, I’m never colluding with Sondland in schemes to extort a head of state for my crime boss/employer.
