A child is someone under 18, as long as that person is in a group you can tolerate.
If that person is a white cishet male, itās someone under 65.

There is some irony in that, though.
I have talked before about how I donāt have a GRC because when I tried it was a lot of work, then they turned down the application because I lost the evidence of my official transition date* when I had to escape Carlisle. I could never find the energy to try again after that.
It used to be illegal for most people to demand to see a GRC as well.
* I started transition a year earlier than that, but the gatekeepers want paperwork.
