Viewing my identity as a fetish really fucked me up for a long time. It gave me justification to deny I was trans. I could tell myself, “it’s just a fetish” and “believe it”, despite knowing I was trans and denying myself for that long has messed with me in ways that are going to take years to unpack.

I used to live on that street, it was always one of my favourite streets. Best place to go for chef’s uniforms, Chinese food, power tools, tailors, sex shops, camping gear, and sundries in town.
The bigoted homophobe referred to is still suing everyone, was a covidiot of course and received one of the most stinging slapdowns I have ever read from the Supreme Court. Unfortunately the state is paying his bills (public interest) or he’d be finished. Hardcore racist too.
