In the updated form approved by the board on Thursday, the questions regarding a student-athleteās menstrual cycle have been removed, but a field was added in which students must list their āsex at birth.ā According to NBC News, the athletic association said that this addition aligns with Floridaās Fairness in Womenās Sports Act, signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis in 2021, which bans transgender athletes from playing on sports teams that are consistent with their gender identity.
It sounds like they dropped the question that was causing a general uproar, and added the one that they really wanted to know.

The police hardly waited to breathe before they told me that everything that happened to me in Carlisle wasnāt a hate crime. They even threatened to charge me the one time I tried to push for it. And then there was the situation with the CPS (With Labour Party leader Keir Starmer in charge) dropping the case every fucking time.

Distress to what society? It always baffles me how some asshats can claim the mere existance of a group causes them distress. And note the phrasing. Itās not trans people upsetting his poor sensibilities, itās the treatment for the supposeed mental illness that doing so.
