It’s an accommodation address- they provide post office boxes for small companies where people most likely work from home. No way that small building houses this many physically located companies.

They need to check their data. The vast majority of kids who identify as trans after puberty maintain that identity. Additionally, cis-trans is a whole different axis than gay-straight, so that statement just don’t make no sense.
