The Texas tribune is reporting it is the head of the school district PD, the one who took command and said there were no other children alive despite all evidence, who is not cooperating with DPS.
Whatever is actually going on, I hope the DOJ has saved all the electronic evidence and the local PD and district PD have no access to the scene
