And let us not forget the negative connotation that is often automatically associated with the term “La Raza”.
I find it very hard to believe that’s unintentional.
Being disingenuous; “he duz it rite.”

Ary you sure? I read in World Nut Daily that’s it’s just lieberal propaganda.
As David Horowitz points out on his website Discover the Networks that La Raza, Spanish for “the race,” also has roots in the early 1960s with a “united front” organization, the National Organization for Mexican American Services, NOMAS. The group initially was funded by the Ford Foundation, and subsequently by George Soros’ Open Society Institute and the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
Are you doubting Horowitz? Do you not understand the concept of “connecting the dots”?
I never doubt the Horowitz! I never doubt that whenever he says or writes anything, he’s stirring up some stinking pot of bitter-people bile.
Dear Trump Fans, “La Raza” is not a racist term
The term la raza has roots in the 1925 essay La Raza Cósmica, by onetime Mexican presidential candidate José Vasconcelos.
His work referred to the many so-called races of Latin America — European, African, Asian, indigenous — which helped this crossroads of Earth transcend the old world and create a new cosmic hybrid for humanity.
In no way has the word been understood to refer to racial purity, superiority or homogeneity.
fascinating stuff.
I recall that the gym at Antioch College has murals that showed the blending of various peoples into a sort of “bronze colored” supermen. I never knew what it meant until now–perhaps I didn’t take the right courses.
Arguing with a wall is pointless, yes.
However, correcting the grammar and adding a critique to the racist graffiti on the wall can be both educational and entertaining. But done in moderation, of course.
It’s also useful when the person responsible for the graffiti insists they aren’t really racist. Admittedly I don’t think I’ve seen that here, just an attempt to rewrite history by calling a misquote used to defend a racist argument an “accurate paraphrase”.
Do that.
