Second? Eddie Deezen was in a little remembered flick from the 1980’s “Whoopee Boys” which I cannot recommend enough. Parts are dated, but the humor is amazing - and the cast? wow.
if you skip to 1:50 in this clip, he is at a “finishing school” learning to eat, but using quail as a puppet show, it is comedic brilliance
